"This was the first time my wife and I had any major contract work performed on our house, so we were very careful when selecting a deck building company. Eric and Martin are great people to work with – they were very open and honest, and didn’t use any high sneaky sales tactics to pressure us into purchasing something we didn’t need. They laid out 4 different deck designs, and provided us with drawn up plans and a breakdown of costs for each. They answered all of our questions until we were able to decide on the deck we really wanted. The peace of mind we experienced throughout their deck building process was worth every minute and penny! Eric, Martin and their deck contractors built our backyard deck on time, and within budget, making the whole experience an absolute pleasure. My wife and I couldn’t be happier!"

"The quality and design of my new ipe deck is excellent, it looks so beautiful! It has added 400 square feet of living space to my house, which is perfect as I entertain my family, friends and work colleagues a lot! I was thoroughly impressed with Martin and Eric; they created several deck plans for me to choose from and took my requests and concerns into account. After getting estimates from other contractors, I felt that Karpentor was the most professional and courteous of them all. As for the deck material, I decided to go with ipe wood and am truly happy with the final product.
